Breast Cancer Solutions provides financial support, community resource navigation, and emotional support to financially disadvantaged breast cancer patients.
Casa Youth Shelter
Casa Youth Shelter’s Residential Shelter Care Program provides shelter, counseling, case management, and educational services to at-risk, runaway and homeless youth.
The Environmental Nature Center
The Environmental Nature Center’s Traveling Naturalist Program brings hands-on environmental education to elementary school children in primarily low-income school districts to help with students’ critical thinking skills and inspire curiosity.
Families Forward offers a Community Counseling Program focused on strength-based mental health services for low-income youth and their families.
The Fristers Life Coach Program helps low income teen parents build healthy and stable lives and families through classes and workshops, mentoring, case management, and the support of a caring community.
Healthy Smiles provides Smile Mobiles for a school-based Oral Health Prevention Program for children in disadvantaged Title 1 schools. Includes screening, cleaning, fluoride varnish, and sealant
Illumination Foundation’s Children’s Resource Centers provides comprehensive education, enrichment, and supportive services to homeless or at- risk of homelessness children.
Spin provides financial assistance for housing for female-headed households in crisis and support services which address barriers to achieving self-sufficiency. SPIN is also the housing partner with the Melinda Hoag Smith Center associated with Hoag Hospital.
Taller San Jose/Hope Builders
Taller San Jose/Hope Builders “Health Care Training Program” prepares disadvantaged, unemployed young women for careers as medical assistants and, ultimately, increases their life and economic stability.
Waymakers provides a comprehensive short-term residential services to homeless, runaway, and at-risk youthhelping those experiencing conflict or crisis make their way to a place of strength and stability.
WHW provides the unemployed and the underemployed with the skills and resources they need to get and keep a good job. The Employment Success Program provides comprehensive employment supportive services which include employment workshops, digital literacy programs, job placement, employment retention support, transportation and professional apparel services.
WTLC Women’s Transitional Living Center
The WTLC offers comprehensive services including immediate shelter and longer-term support to all survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
